The basic gameplay involves flying the iconic Vic Viper spaceship, shooting everything in its path, and collecting power-up capsules from certain defeated enemies. Cool new weapons, protective shields, and extra speed can be added to the Vic Viper for improved performance. Another Gradius claim-to-fame is the menu system used to select weapons, adding an element of strategy and greatly adding to the tension.
Gradius is especially famous for its creative design, with some enemies resembling Easter Island heads spitting mouthfuls of lethal spores, giant golden dragons, and monstrous firebirds that try to incinerate you with their wings. Fantastic encounter such as these are the reason most people cannot rest until they've battled all the way through to the end.
Among the games included, Gradius I-IV are perfect conversions of the arcade originals from 1985-1999. Gradius Gaiden was originally released for PlayStation in 1997 but only in Japan, and so this is something we European fans can really treasure. All the games can be played in their original arcade aspect ratio, or stretched to fill the entire PSP screen.

Metal Gear Acid 2 Game Info(PSP)
Metal Gear Ac!d has been massively enhanced in this follow-up to last year's strategy-oriented PSP side-story. The team has revamped the visuals to be brighter and more clearly defined on the impressive PSP screen, but coolest of all is that the game comes with a 'Solid Eye' 3D Viewer - a device that attaches to your PSP activating 3D special effects. This, friends, is the world of Metal Gear brought to life as never before! By using the Solid Eye viewer, bonus videos can be observed in 3D, plus images that have been imported from Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence via USB.
Although the gameplay remains based on the card system, there are new 'move' modes in MGA 2 that allow you to control Snake directly. Commands can also be issued real-time now, making for a faster turn of events requiring you to think on your feet against the pressure of the clock. Cards still govern the majority of Snake's movement and combat, however, and the range of possibilities has more than doubled from the last game from 200 to a colossal 500! New cards have been introduced, among them Linkage Cards that grant bonuses when combined, and Trap Cards that generate context-sensitive attacks. Your strategic options are further expanded due to each card being upgradeable to become more powerful.
When you've been playing MGA 2 for a while, you'll no doubt have created a huge stack of great cards in your own personalised deck. If you really want to put your deck to the test, you can link up with a friend via Wi-Fi and compete head-to-head.
If any or all of the above seems daunting, don't worry! Konami has incorporated a new Tutorial Mode that details the fascinating ins and outs of Metal Gear Ac!d gameplay. Konami wouldn't want anyone to miss out on this amazing new Metal Gear experience.

Silent Hill Origins Game Info(PSP)
If you've ever wondered just how the town of Silent Hill became the eerie mess that has been seen over four previous Silent Hill games, then this title will reveal all, set as a prequel to the sinister events that have been before.
This latest title retains the creepy and poignant atmosphere that has become a byword for Silent Hill and will keep players engrossed from start to finish with the well crafted storyline, the range of enemies and puzzles to solve as well as the haunting soundtrack composed by the legendary composer Akira Yamaoka, responsible for the musical score on all of the other titles.
The game follows Travis Grady, a truck driver who has become stranded in Silent Hill. Naturally, he has a few of his own demons to contend with and throughout the course of the game, both his and the town's secrets come to the fore. The gameplay is still classic Silent Hill - but with tweaks and additions created specifically for this newest incarnation. Users can now lock onto enemies to attack and will also find the control scheme changing intuitively for each situation.
Players also utilize an enhanced camera designed with Silent Hill Origins in mind, as well as an updated control method for more detailed exploration of the environment. There are now 'Cineractive' element where players have to hit buttons as prompted to escape enemies that have triggered the cinematic sequences.
The further into the game players get, more weapons become available plus more and more items from the surroundings can be used - however overuse of items causes them to break and wear down, which could leave players unarmed at crucial moments.
