In the far off future, mankind has reached for the stars and spread like a cancer throughout the galaxy. A totalitarian government holds dominion over this push into the unknown, directing the exploration and colonization of new worlds and using its vast and powerful armies to suppress rebellion. Humanity is preparing for war with alien races...yet not knowing that out in the universe it is just another alien.

Set at the far flung reaches of the human galactic empire and pressing up against the borders of alien space, Empire Above All puts you in the combat boots of a specialist force on the frontier of civilisation. With the emphasis on low level squad command you are thrown onto the battlefields of a distant tomorrow with the futuristic conflict erupting around you.

Utilize your squad's abilities and tactics, call in support from outside and use the deformable terrain to your advantage. If the enemy is holed up behind a building, bring that building down around their ears, soldier! The changeable environment brings whole new challenges to your standard RTS battlefield tactics.

As do the weird and sometimes wonderful alien creatures you encounter. Each will require research and an adaptive mind to figure out the best ways to outwit your strange new foes.

Empire Above All will test all of your strategic capabilities, from the organization of raiding parties to capture enemy territory to making sure that the enemies don't manage to claw back that precious piece of soil from your cold, dead hands.
